Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.99
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon—stay tuned.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us at support@auntiecunt.com within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. We're happy to help however we can.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@auntiecunt.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
